Do we have to sign a contract?

Our services are available without requiring you to sign a contract. The one thing we ask if you must cancel a regularly scheduled appointment, that you do it at least two days in advance. We want you to be satisfied with our services and choose to continue using us because we do a excellent job. Most of our customers use our cleaning services on a regular weekly,bi-weekly, monthly or just on special occasions. Some use us monthly or just on special occasions.

Do I need to be home when you clean my house?

Most of our customers are not at home when we come to clean. We will make personal and confidential preparations with you on how to gain access to your home or office. You may choose to give us a key or to leave it in another safe place. Security alarms can either be left off or you can give us entry and exit codes. We store all keys in a locked safe that is only accessible by the owner. Only the team that cleans your home or office will be given access.

What time will you be at my home or office?

We offer our cleaning services from 8 AM to 5PM each weekday for residential customers. For added convenience,Some weekends, too. Most of our cleaning professionals start at 8:00am. Whatever the time is convenient for you.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies or do we?

We provide the necessary cleaning products when we come to your home or office. This is more economical for you, plus the added benefits of our clients not needing to purchase cleaning products themselves.

How do I pay for your services?

Payment is due at time of service. If you are not going to be at home when we arrive, please leave a check made payable to our maid service or cash on the kitchen counter in a SEALED envelope so it isn't lost.

Who will be cleaning my home?

A regularly assigned team of trained Linda´s Maids Cleaning Service Professionals will clean your home

How many people will be in my home or office during each cleaning?

We usually clean homes and offices in teams of twos and threes. If you have a very large job, we can schedule multiple cleaning teams to come to your home.

When you have us clean on a recurring basis, we also try to ensure you get the same crew each time. In case of illness or emergency we may have to send a replacement. All of the maids provide the same reliable service to every customer, so you should feel like you are receiving the same quality and excellent service no matter who the maid is. However, if you would like to make a adjustment, please do not hesitate to ask.

What if I have a special request?

Please inform us of a special request at least 2 to 3 days ahead of your scheduled cleaning time so we can appropriately schedule the cleaning service. This way we can more precisely estimate our arrival and cleaning times and won’t keep you waiting.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?

Nothing! If you have laundry arrangements with us please leave the basket near the kitchen.

Do you carry insurance for damage?

Linda’s Maids is licensed, bonded and insured.  While every attempt is made to use great care in your home or office, sometimes accidents do happen. Our maids are trained to notify immediately our office (and you) if something is broken or damaged so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. We also insure our workers through workers compensation coverage in case of a work related injury.
